What is better than the combination of peanut butter and chocolate? Today I'm sharing with you these awesome peanut butter and chocolate chip bars that are highly addictive and delicious! They are filled with gooey chocolate chips and loaded with peanut butter! Pour yourself a glass of milk and enjoy this delicious treat...

This recipe is a revised version of my friend's version of peanut butter and chocolate chip bars. I wanted to make mine more fudge-like, so I added in more peanut butter. However, if you prefer them to be more like a blondie consistency, use 2/3 cups peanut butter instead.

Ingredients:

- 2 sticks melted butter

- 1 cup peanut butter

- 2 eggs

- 2 cups packed light brown sugar

- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2 cups flour

- 2 cups chocolate chips

- 2 cups peanut butter chips

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9" x 13" dish with cooking spray or butter. You can also use parchment paper to line the pan (this makes for easier clean up). Melt the butter and wait before adding in the eggs. I normally use a Pyrex cup, which is microwave safe. Add in the peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla and whisk until combined. Add in the flour and stir. Toss in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips and pour into the pan. Smooth out the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Wait a couple of minutes before removing the bars from the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy!
