We have another review! Recently, my family and I went to DaDong in Bryant Park. The restaurant was previously well established in China for its peking duck dish. The ambiance was completely upscale. Tall wooden doors accompanied by geometric light fixtures greeted us as we walked in.

Overall, I would say that the restaurant is up there in price. The food was delicious and definitely flavorful. Each dish had its own unique touch, whether it be the intense sweetness of the pork or the slight smokiness of the eggplant.

I would, however, say that it's a restaurant better suited for couples or work events. The plates are on the smaller side, so eating out as a family could rack up money wise. But, overall, if you're looking for a reinvention of classic Chinese food, DaDong is the place to be! It's match of authentic flavors and modern cooking techniques was harmoniously presented.
