What can I say, I love tacos! On our recent trip to Princeton, we were looking for a place that was quick and delicious. After all, we had to be on our tour in less than 40 minutes. The verdict: Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen on Nassau Street.
Its right across from the Princeton gates, making it super convenient to students and faculty. Although I've never been to Mexico, the flavors are different than what you might find at a more Americanized joint.
I decided to get the al pastor tacos. Can you see a trend? Apparently, I love pineapple on tacos. The meat was smoky and rich in flavor. The raw onion and pineapple gave it a little zip and the cheese on top mellowed everything out.
This is truly a gem in Princeton, NJ!
